Matrix rhythm therapy

This treatment method is all about finding your own rhythm. Muscles have their own natural frequency, just like each and every body cell.

In matrix rhythm therapy the therapist works with a kind of massaging rod, the tip of which oscillates at a frequency of 8–12 Hz. According to the research of the developer Dr. Randoll, a doctor at the University of Nuremberg-Erlangen, this corresponds to the natural vibration of muscle cells. Under the treatment, the muscle cells which are stiff with tension regain their natural rhythm. Nowadays, this method is also used in professional sport, for regeneration after a competition for example.
