In personal training sessions at the Gyrotonic Frankfurt Center, you will work systematically in a 1:1 approach. All exercise sequences are individually tailored to you, depending on your personal fitness level and in line with your long-term goals.
Incidentally: Gyrotonic training is the ideal complementary training system for many types of sport and specific physical demands. For example, we provide special training approaches for professionals and advanced amateurs in the areas of:
