
Martin was born in Dortmund, Germany. After a successful career as a dancer – including seven years as a soloist with the Frankfurt Ballet under the direction of William Forsythe – Martin became deeply engaged in yoga and Chinese manual therapy. In 2001, he completed training as a physiotherapist and acquired his status as a Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis trainer. Since 2006 and 2009, respectively, he has become a master trainer in both areas. He regularly conducts seminars, including a health series for T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom. Martin is a certified Golf physio trainer and passionate golf player.

Born in Savannah, Georgia (USA), Jennifer Lämmerhirt received her formal ballet training in the Juilliard School at the School of American Ballet in New York City. She performed as a soloist with the Feld Ballet New York, Ballett Frankfurt, and the Compañía Nacional de Danza in Madrid.
Following her international dance career, she dedicated herself to somatic work and integrative health. She completed a yoga teacher training in 1995 and received her state license as a Heilpraktiker (German alternative practitioner) in 2004. She continued her clinical education with certified studies in phytotherapy and women’s naturopathy under Ursel Bühring and Heide Fischer at the Freiburger Heilpflanzenschule, including specialized naturopathic approaches for menstrual cycle disorders and menopausal symptoms, with a focus on hormonal balance, autonomic regulation, and functional pelvic relationships.
Jennifer has worked with the GYROTONIC® Method since 1999 and has completed extensive advanced trainings in pre- and postnatal exercise as well as breast cancer rehabilitation. In 2010, she received her certification in Myoreflex Therapy® with Dr. Kurt Mosetter. Her therapeutic background also includes Dorn–Breuss Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and various injection techniques.
The central focus of her clinical work is pelvic floor therapy for women and men. Jennifer is certified by the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute (USA) – one of the most respected and internationally renowned institutes in the field of pelvic-health education. Additional certifications from Bebo Germany, Bebo Switzerland, and advanced training in Pelvic Floor Manual Therapy with Maeve Whelan further strengthen her specialization in complex pelvic-floor dysfunctions. She continues to expand her expertise through ongoing international professional development.
Today, Jennifer integrates her therapeutic training with a deep understanding of functional anatomy, somatic regulation, and movement dynamics. Pelvic floor therapy has become the primary focus of her clinical practice.

Malthe, born in Copenhagen, was trained at the Royal Danish Ballet and graduated from the John Neumeier Ballet School at the Hamburg Ballet. Malthe has been professionally engaged at The Aalto Ballet Theater Essen, Introdans in Arnhem, Ballet Hagen and the National Theater Mannheim.
After successfully completing his studies at the PT Academy of the BG Unfallknlinik Ludwighafen, Malthe gained his first experience as a physiotherapist at Medicos Auf Schalke, mainly in the department of orthopedic rehabilitation as well as in the uro-oncological rehabilitation. A highlight of his work was the therapeutic supervision of professional dancers in the Center for Dance Medicine under the direction of Dr. Elisabeth Exner-Grave, MD.
Since February 2020 Malthe has been working as a physiotherapist and Gyrotonic trainer in the joint practice Lämmerhirt / Gyrotonic Center Frankfurt.

Nilmar F. dos Santos holds a degree in Sports Science with a focus on sports therapy and sports medicine, as well as a master’s degree in prevention and health promotion. His work combines sports science expertise with practical, individually tailored therapy and training concepts.
After several years performing as a stage dancer at the State Theater in Wiesbaden and the Opera House in Düsseldorf, he developed a deep understanding of movement quality, coordination, body awareness, and load management. This experience continues to shape his body-oriented, functional approach in rehabilitation and prevention today.
Currently, Nilmar works with a combined approach that includes Myoreflex Therapy® according to Dr. Kurt Mosetter, Pilates Rehabilitation, and the GYROTONIC® Method. He uses these methods as targeted tools within clearly structured prevention, therapy, and training programs to reduce pain, improve mobility, build functional strength, and optimize neuromuscular control.
The focus of his work lies in rehabilitation, prevention, functional training, and return-to-sport. His goal is to guide individuals safely and systematically from the acute phase of symptoms through rehabilitation and back into daily life, training, and competition. Long-term resilience, injury prevention, and sustainable performance are at the center of his approach.
In the field of athletic training and sport-specific motor development, Nilmar works with all age groups – from early motor development in children to youth and junior training, all the way to performance-oriented talent development and structured return-to-sport programs.
He also integrates DEEP OSCILLATION® into his therapy – a non-invasive, non-traumatic treatment method with strong pain-relieving and regeneration-enhancing potential. This method supports recovery after training, overuse, injuries, and surgery, and is used specifically for muscle soreness, strains, inflammation, swelling, and wound-healing processes.
At Praxis Lämmerhirt and the GYROTONIC® Center Frankfurt, he works with adults, adolescents, and youth athletes – particularly in soccer – using individually tailored therapy and training concepts.

Erica Jordan was born in Southern California. She began her journey with movement early in life as a competitive athlete. In 2006 she became a certified Pilates trainer and in 2007 she completed her Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® training. In addition, she became certified in pre and post natal Pilates and currently continues her training of the Gyrotonic® method. She’s invested in teaching and has worked as a faculty member at Loyola Marymount University as well as studios in Los Angles, San Francisco and now Frankfurt Germany. She is proud to be a part of the team here and continue her passion for teaching.

Born in Queensland, Australia, she completed her dance education at the Australian Ballet School in Melbourne. After graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Dance, she pursued an international career, dancing with professional companies such as Badisches Staatsballett, Salzburger Landestheater, Mainfranken Theater Würzburg, and Ballett Chemnitz.
Cara is extensively trained in therapeutic and somatic disciplines. She became a certified Hatha Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) and graduated summa cum laude from the Master of Advanced Studies in Dance Science at the University of Bern, earning certificates in Health & Performance, Motor Learning & Training, and Psychology & Education.
She received her Massage Therapy certification from Q Academy in Australia, with specializations in Swedish Massage, Foot Reflexology, and Pre-Natal Massage.
As a certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis trainer, she is further specialized in Pre- and Postnatal training and Gyrotonic Applications for Scoliosis.
At Praxis Lämmerhirt, Cara integrates her scientific background, clinical precision, and movement expertise to support patients in restoring function, reducing pain, and improving overall movement quality.
