Become a certified trainer step by step

Would you like to become a trainer yourself? With us you can complete training to become a certified Level 1 Trainer in GYROTONIC^® and GYROKINESIS^®. The training is carried out in four consecutive steps as well as regular updates.

1. Pre-training
   First you learn the basic program, with the aim of experiencing the movement and its effects on your own body. Upon successful completion of the pre-training you can register for a foundation course worldwide.
2. Foundation course
   This course expands on and deepens your knowledge from the pre-training. You learn the complete methodology and didactics of the Level 1 program. From now on you are allowed to work with clients. For the Gyrotonic certification you need to work with clients for at least 50 hours and teach 30 hours for the Gyrokinesis certification.
3. Supervision 
   In the supervision stage, the material you have learned from the foundation course is repeated and intensified. You will also be prepared for the certification.
4. Certification
   A weekend seminar that creates a new momentum, where the quality of your own movement execution is observed as well as the instruction of others. Upon successful completion, permission for public and professional use of the system is confirmed by a certificate.
5. Update course
   In order to retain the license, the trainer must attend a three-day update course with a master trainer every two years.
