Martin Lämmerhirt
Physiotherapist, GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® master trainer, personal trainer, Golf physio trainer
Martin was born in Dortmund, Germany. After a successful career as a dancer – including seven years as a soloist with the Frankfurt Ballet under the direction of William Forsythe – Martin became deeply engaged in yoga and Chinese manual therapy. In 2001, he completed training as a physiotherapist and acquired his status as a Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis trainer. Since 2006 and 2009, respectively, he has become a master trainer in both areas. He regularly conducts seminars, including a health series for T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom. Martin is a certified Golf physio trainer and passionate golfer.

Jennifer Grissette Lämmerhirt
Natural health professional, Myoreflex therapy®, natural medicine for women, GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer, pelvic floor therapy
Jennifer, born in Savannah Georgia, USA, studied at the School of American Ballet in New York City. She was a principal dancer with the Feld Ballet in New York, the Frankfurt Ballet under the direction of William Forsythe and the “Compania Nacional de Danza” in Madrid under the direction of Nacho Duato. Later on, she worked as a guest teacher for companies throughout Europe. In 1995, she completed training as a yoga teacher; in 2004 she trained as a nationally recognized natural health professional under Ursel Bühring and Heide Fischer with certificates in phytotherapy and natural medicine for women. Since 1999 she has been working with the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis system as a trainer, with additional further training for pre- and postnatal exercise and rehabilitation after breast cancer. Jennifer is a a certified Myoreflex therapist, Pelvic Floor therapist and a mother of twins.

Alessandra Giambelli
GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer/teacher-trainer, masseur
Born and raised in Milan, Italy, Alessandra has spent the last seven years living in New York City. She has worked with prestigious choreographers and artists such as Alonso King as mentors and collaborators. She has been a faculty member and mentor at The Ailey School, home of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, guest teacher at Steps on Broadway and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School, the school of American Ballet Theater. Alessandra was a trainer at Body Evolutions and Kinespirit studio in New York City. She has been a wonderful and competent addition to our team since July 2016. In December 2018 Alessandra received her certificate in Sport and Wellness Massage. She is a certified Gyrotonic®/Gyrokinesis® teacher trainer.

Malthe Clemens
Physiotherapist, GYROTONIC® Trainer
Malthe, born in Copenhagen, was trained at the Royal Danish Ballet and graduated from the John Neumeier Ballet School at the Hamburg Ballet. Malthe has been professionally engaged at The Aalto Ballet Theater Essen, Introdans in Arnhem, Ballet Hagen and the National Theater Mannheim.
After successfully completing his studies at the PT Academy of the BG Unfallknlinik Ludwighafen, Malthe gained his first experience as a physiotherapist at Medicos Auf Schalke, mainly in the department of orthopedic rehabilitation as well as in the uro-oncological rehabilitation. A highlight of his work was the therapeutic supervision of professional dancers in the Center for Dance Medicine under the direction of Dr. Elisabeth Exner-Grave, MD.
Since February 2020 Malthe has been working as a physiotherapist and Gyrotonic trainer in the joint practice Lämmerhirt / Gyrotonic Center Frankfurt.
